Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 18, 2026
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements the Romanta Dating and Matching Privacy Policy and applies only to individuals residing in jurisdictions that provide specific protections for consumer health data, including Washington and Nevada.
Scope and Purpose
Romanta Dating and Matching does not intentionally collect, process, or use information for the purpose of identifying, diagnosing, or making determinations about an individual’s past, present, or future physical or mental health condition.
However, certain state laws define “consumer health data” broadly. As a result, limited information that users voluntarily provide or that is generated through use of our services may, in some circumstances, be classified as consumer health data under those laws.
When such information is collected, it is handled in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
Collection and Use of Information
Any information that could be considered consumer health data is collected only to the extent necessary to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Romanta Dating and Matching platform;
- Enable users to create profiles and connect with other members;
- Ensure platform safety, security, and integrity;
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and other prohibited activities; and
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Romanta Dating and Matching does not use such data to profile users for medical purposes, deliver health-related advertising, or make inferences about a user’s physical or mental health.
Disclosure of Consumer Health Data
Where permitted by law and only when necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes, Romanta Dating and Matching may disclose information that may be classified as consumer health data to the following categories of recipients:

Information is shared with other members only when you choose to make it publicly available or visible through your profile, messages, or other voluntary interactions on the platform.

We work with trusted third-party vendors who support our operations, including hosting, infrastructure maintenance, customer support, security monitoring, and fraud prevention. These service providers process information solely on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate transaction involving Romanta Dating and Matching, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
Legal and Regulatory Disclosures
We may disclose information when required or permitted by law, including to comply with court orders, subpoenas, government or regulatory requests, or law enforcement investigations. Disclosures may also occur to prevent or investigate unlawful activity, protect the safety of users or the public, or establish, exercise, or defend legal rights or claims.
Your Rights Under Applicable Law
Where required by applicable state or federal law, you may have the right to access, request deletion of, or restrict certain uses or disclosures of information that may be classified as consumer health data.
