Romanta Dating and Matching respects individual rights, privacy, and applicable legal protections related to user-generated content. We provide a structured process for requesting content removal and appealing moderation decisions.
Requesting Content Removal
If you believe that content available on the Romanta Dating and Matching platform depicts you, infringes your rights, violates our policies, or should otherwise be removed, you may submit a formal takedown request by contacting us via email at:

Your request should include sufficient information to allow us to identify and review the content, such as profile identifiers, screenshots, dates, or relevant context.
Appeals of Content Decisions
If your content removal request or moderation outcome is denied, or if you disagree with a decision taken by Romanta Dating and Matching, you may submit an appeal by contacting customercare@romantadating.com. Appeals must clearly reference the original request and provide any additional information supporting your position.
All appeals are reviewed in good faith and in accordance with applicable U.S. federal law, California law, and Romanta Dating and Matching’s internal moderation standards.
Independent Dispute Resolution
If a dispute related to a takedown request or appeal cannot be resolved directly between you and Romanta Dating and Matching, the matter may be referred to an independent, neutral third-party dispute resolution body, where permitted by law.
Such resolution will be conducted in a fair and impartial manner, without limiting any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection, privacy, or civil laws.
