Romanta Dating and Matching is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and respectful online environment. We take all complaints seriously and investigate them promptly and fairly.
Submitting a Complaint
If you wish to submit a complaint regarding:
- Website or application content,
- User-generated material,
- Account actions or moderation decisions, or
- Any aspect of the Romanta Dating and Matching service,

Complaints should include sufficient detail to allow us to properly review the issue, including relevant usernames, dates, content descriptions, or supporting information where applicable.
Review and Resolution Process
All complaints are reviewed in accordance with applicable U.S. federal law and California state law. Romanta Dating and Matching will acknowledge receipt and make reasonable efforts to complete its review and reach a resolution within five (5) business days.
Where additional time is required due to the complexity of the issue, legal obligations, or verification requirements, we will notify the complainant of the delay and provide an updated timeframe.
Communication of Outcomes
Once a review has been completed, the outcome of the investigation or moderation decision will be communicated to the complainant using the contact information provided. Outcomes may include corrective action, content removal, account restrictions, or a determination that no action is required.
Appeals and Further Review
If you wish to appeal a decision or request further review of a complaint outcome, you may submit a written appeal to:

Appeals should clearly identify the original complaint and explain the basis for reconsideration.
Romanta Dating and Matching will review appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with legal and operational requirements.
